• Room Matze provides fully furnished accommodation on a rental basis for men only.

• All bookings are subject to availability and management approval.

• Residents are required to comply with all house rules and policies during their stay.

2. Booking & Payment

• To confirm a booking, an advance payment or security deposit is required.

• All payments must be made through approved payment modes.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

• Security deposits are refundable upon checkout, subject to damage and dues clearance.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all residents at the time of check-in.

• Check-in and check-out times will be as per management policy.

• Late check-outs may attract additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation before check-in may attract a deduction as per the cancellation policy.

• No refunds will be provided for early check-out or partial stay.

5. Resident Responsibilities

• Residents must maintain cleanliness in their rooms and common areas.

• Any damage to property or amenities will be charged to the resident responsible.

• Illegal activities, possession of prohibited items, or misconduct will result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Visitors Policy

• Visitors are not allowed in rooms. Meeting areas, if any, should be used as per rules.

• Overnight guests are strictly prohibited.

7. Safety & Security

• Room Matze provides CCTV surveillance and smart entry systems for security, but residents are responsible for their personal belongings.

• Management is not liable for loss or theft of personal items.
